Here is my latest finished painting. Honestly, it was my first attempt at acrylic paints and I was quite thrilled with what I got out of them. The ref picture was from an old magazine and I'm sad to say I will not post it because the likeness is not as close as I would like. So...I guess you could say I used the picture as inspiration for the pose but not for the actually face:S
As the semester is coming to a close (YES) I find myself finally getting into the rhythm of things and enjoying myself despite the bizarre homework assignments. Who am I to say what should be normal work? We are required to save everything until the semester closes (even then you have to be careful to keep stuff that will strengthen your portfolio..aaah). I hate being a pack rat.
My proud moment for the month of March: Cutting back on my computer surfing time by leaving Facebook.
