Frustration. I just posted on a highschool blog instead of this one and had to delete it. I must be tired.
Quick summary of what I had meant to write on in this one. I went hiking last weekend and was thrilled at what I saw. Here are a few shots I took. It's only at moments like these that I love the winter. I'm excited to see what I can get in the next few weekends as the weather changes for the worse and for the better.
Good news, and reasons for not posting yet. I have finished my first portfolio/website and I published it today. Minus the technical difficulties I'm really quite pleased and I can now safely navigate people to what i'm 'working' on in that lovely art department at the U. The painting section is lacking but never fear, things can always get better. . I'm starting my own comic strip which I will be posting in this blog or on my site. I haven't decided which yet. I have had more ideas for this than my other ones so we'll see how long I can keep it going. It's hard to find a main character for this one because the story line just follows alot of spoofs and stereotypes that go along with a certain part of our religious culture...and perhaps nationwide/westernwide? I'll post when it's up.
I wish out 100 lovely wednsdays, one of course reserved for myself.

I… so excited for your website, I just took a gander at it on my phone and it's looking good. I can't wait to look at it on a normal computer so I can see the layout and everything, the whole site in all its glory. It makes me want to work on mine again since it's no longer being graded and I can do what I want, no restrictions or guidelines. And I also feel like you should let me go hiking with you, I need to soak up the mountain air as much as possible. That and we need to hang out more.
