One reason I love Western Europe so much is that it is unbelievably green. There's a lot of green where I live but usually not so concentrated as over there.......however.......July seems to be pretty green this summer up the canyon. I think it sent me on a happy high for a while. They had closed off the road for another week so we had the luxury of walking up with no traffic whatsoever (ok there was one van but it was full of someone's grandparents and they had a cabin up there somewhere). The dogs came with us of course. I would highly recommend living in Utah in July, despite the 100+ degree weathers:S Just make sure your car has extreme AC or love the wind.
