Congrats Aaron and Sephy!!!!

Congratulations to the newlyweds! Thanks for letting me freeze your fingers off today:D

Oh those special moments....
This is how you get full body shots even with a handrail in your back...WIDE ANGLE lenses. YES.
and people thought Jo would be missing out on all of the fun...
Suddenly it's OK to kiss, a lot and alot more...
My twist on the wedding ring/flower shot:D
Believe it or not, not ONE snow flake descended into the air until the minute we were off the temple grounds.
I don't think all of the pics show it, but this couple was so STINKIN happy. I love it, and it's infectious!
Congrats you two! May your lives ahead be fantastic and full of the funny moments.

What do you do with lots of pondering time?

Gasp...no pictures to go along with this post. I just thought I would get some things out. D and I have successfully finished our first week back at school after a few weeks of break. I forgot really quickly how much our schedules clash. Luckily this semester I think that we will be able to get into bed earlier on most nights. YES! Go figure, as I am sitting here mooching off of a hospital's internet to write (10:40 p.m.).

With all of my random pondering time (apparently I get a lot of it when D isn't around), I have been thinking about a lot of a my blessings. I wish to just list a few, not to brag, but to say them out loud in words.
I am thankful that neither one of us has been to a hospital for reasons other than work.
I am thankful for google, and all of the last minute questions it can answer.
I am thankful for family, no matter how crazy they are (or how many escalators they stop).
I am thankful for phones.
I am thankful for my sweet husband, who is always putting me first. I love everything about him, and if I ever get frustrated it's never because of him, but rather the situations that are unavoidable.
I am thankful for digital cameras and the endless 'mess up' options I have.
I am thankful for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. I am blessed to have it in my life and for the wonderful truths I have come to know and have faith in.
I am really thankful that I am awake right now and not having to drive anywhere.

How many candy canes can you find...

....and so I entered the magical home of the one and only Auntie Kandie Jane.
Boughs of greenery practically dripped with colorful pull toys (most have been collected over the seasons and from various countries...)
This particular corner is for the bells, each holding a special Christmas song that is linked to the little figurine atop each one. ( I know the picture doesn't do it justice)
Just one of many treat 'corners' exploding with treats....
This is one of the gingerbread houses within a gingerbread house...how she grows miniature trees is beyond me. How the snow keeps in doors is another mystery..Only at the Kandie Jane Candy Cane Kitchen can you find treats small enough to garnish this home!
Dolls in this case represent many beloved fairy tales, nationalities, and holidays.
Custom decorated tree by Auntie Kandie Jane herself. For more information on finding real, oversized candy cane treats (for treetoppers, ribbon accents, ornaments or eating, contact Auntie Kandie Jane at: mycandycanes@kandiejane.com)
Another one-of-a-kind creation by Kandie Jane Creations. Yes, the mini gingerbread are available for special orders during the month of December only. Candy Cane spectacles curtousy of Candy Cane Eyewear *by Kandie Jane.
There you have it...until next year

Candy Land

My Auntie Kandie Jane who lives up north let my camera in for a visit! Stay tuned for the inside peeks.....
