About a week ago some friends and I went down to see 'Seven Brides for Seven Brothers' at the Empress Theatre in Magna. Such a fun, close-knit, community atmosphere. It was a pretty small theatre with seating on three sides so everyone could see the show. One of the brothers was in a band and having their cd-release party there the following week....so what did we do? Of course we went. I had viewed a music video "Geek Chic" on the web just to kind of hear their style, and I ended up laughing. So last night we went down to watch them. I didn't know a whole lot of what to expect but I was pleasafntly surprized by every song. They were so fun to watch and listen to. The band members were all quirky and funny in their performance. Yup, my new favorite band after Switchfoot:D
